We are looking for the "A" players. The rogue dreamers that make things happen and can contribute to Drizzoo's success. They are the ones who are comfortable and can function in a small startup. Lastly, they believe Drizzoo can change how the world experiences weather.

Lead Developer - Project Manager
- Oversees the technical part of Drizzoo
- At least two successful work experiences relating to project management
- Excellent at communicating and running the team to reach the objectives/deadline without delay
- Very techie and knowledgeable and keeps up-to-date w/ technology news
- Knows how to use project management software and other such as Gantt Chart, Visio, MS Office, etc.
- Fluent in at least two programming languages
- Must know how to work a computer
Web Developer / Programmer
- Responsible for updates, design and technical stuff
- Artistic talent/visual/graphic design
- Should have at least 2 successful portfolios
- He/she should know at least PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, and a couple API's
- Knowledge of visual design software
- Experienced with database programming
- Fluent in two or more programming languages
- Experience with proper SEO - search engine optimization
Database Programmer
- Genius
- At least 2-3 work experiences
- Fluent in Database languages SQL, C++/Java (depends), PHP, XML, etc.
- Experience with proper SEO - search engine optimization
- Must work well with Web Developer
- Experience with open-sourced software
New Media Marketer
- Believer in New Marketing
- Must read blogs (Extra kudos if you have your own)
- Creative mind
- Responsible for writing, creating/writing policy, marketing, etc.
- Excellent writing ability
- Must have created and released at least two successful marketing programs
- Experience as new media marketing strategist
